the hotel is trying so hard to be chic, but they missed the mark. only one body towel that took ages to get more, as if i was asking for gold. the remote situation was a joke, with only one for two devices, which i'm sure is what everyone wants. a complimentary upgrade would have been nice, but no, i guess regulars like me don’t count.
